LOL. today had double trng. i was going to die! lyk trng from 9-12 and then 230-~5? we did hurdles in the morning and 2x 150m. my timing was lyk 20+ and 19+. i cnt believe i hit a 19+ can???!!! haha. happy! then in the afternoon we did frog jumps,bounding and running stuff with the mini cones? haha. then we did medicine ball. 2kg. we did the funny tosses. i did with krys. it was really tiring. then after that we did 2 rounds of 100m stride and jog. really tired! but it was very good compared to lyk normal trngs. i tink miss natasha is lyk quite good actually. i mean usually she'll give us really tough trngs but i guess she knew that we wld be really tired and stuff. AMAZING! so we were given the camp list. then after that went to the tau huay shop. AGAIN. this tym with jennifer gillian and chummy. i tell u. i had a relapse of laughycitis. lol. i forgot wad triggered it. oh ya!!!! the way wei ting tried to copy the way i said "funny" really funny la! i cldnt stop laughing for nuts! cuz her sweet voice doesnt the match way i say it! hahahahahaha!!! i never knew i spoke so weirdly.
